tarc accounting or sunway accounting is better?

tarc accounting( advance diploma in commerce for acca then go for sheffield halam for top up degree ) a better choice or go to sunway for BAC.hons for finance n accounting then continue acca after graduate? and where do i study can get me a better job between tarc n sunway?
