It is our pleasure and honour to invite you to join us at our 1st Sunway Virtual Oncology and Palliative Care Symposium from Oct 1st to 3rd, 2021, in conjunction with World Hospice and Palliative Care Day, and Pink October. We are grateful for the generous support from our sponsors who made it possible that this symposium will be open to all participants for free.
This symposium highlights the importance of the Integration of Oncology and Palliative Care in Cancer Management, with valuable insight from local and international experts in the fields of Oncology and Palliative Care as well as the supporting services. The integration of oncology and palliative care merges the two important aspects of patient care: the tumour-directed approach focusing on treating the disease alongside the host-directed approach, which focuses on the patient with the disease, to achieve the best outcome of patient care.
The symposium will be a good opportunity for us to reflect on our current clinical practices, learn from the experts and network with like-minded colleagues, with the ultimate goal of providing the best patient-centred care possible.
On behalf of the organising and scientific committees, we welcome you to the inaugural Sunway Virtual Oncology and Palliative Care Symposium and look forward to seeing you there!
With warmest regards,
Register now and join healthcare professionals all over the world in an enlightened 3 days of sharing and discussion.
We welcome interested doctors, nurses, therapists, allied health professionals, and social workers who work substantially with patients of oncology and palliative medicine.
