Eligibility will be determined by the treating surgeon.
Applicable to non-complicated cases only.
Excludes any complication-related charges.
Applicable for sharing room types only (4-bedded).
Room upgrades are subject to availability and any additional charges will be borne by patients.
Excludes critical ward admissions such as ICU / CCU / HDU.
Excludes any other additional investigations, medications, procedures, or surgeries not relevant to LSG.
Excludes any additional charges incurred that exceed the 3-day, 2-night ward admission.
Excludes post-operation outpatient clinic follow-up consultation(s).
A full payment of RM28,000 is required prior to or upon admission.
A surcharge is applicable on Sundays and public holidays observed in Malaysia.
