Respiratory Medicine

Respiratory Medicine is concerned with the treatment of lung diseases that can be due to a wide spectrum of conditions. The nature of these conditions can be inherited, congenital, infective, inflammatory, vascular, malignant, allergic, sleep-related, neuromuscular, or airway-related. Services provided include patient assessment and evaluation, diagnostic services such as pulmonary function testing and blood analysis, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, ventilator management, and oxygen and aerosol therapy.
