Sunway Medical Centre bagged prestigious 27th FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2019 for the Purpose Built category.

The Malaysia Property Award™ gala dinner and awards presentation was recently held on 2nd November 2019 at One World Hotel.  it was an award presentation ceremony that recognises the excellence in the development and property industry regardless of the size and location of the projects, which graced recognition and prestige as the “Oscar” Award for the real estate industry.
The awards presentation ceremony was officiated by Yang Maha Mulia Che Puan Besar Kedah Hajah Haminah Binti Haji Hamidun of Kedah. Also present were FIABCI World president Mr. Walid Moussa and FIABCI Malaysia President Sr. Michael Geh, who gave his speech and congratulated the winners for their achievements.

It was a meaningful evening for us as Sunway Medical Centre was accorded the prestigious FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards 2019 for the Purpose Built category. Present to receive the award on behalf of Sunway Medical Centre was Managing Director of Sunway Group Healthcare Services, Mr Lau Beng Long. The award is the highest accolade and standard of professionalism achieved in the property and real estate industry and its recognition is a testament of Sunway Medical Centre’s efforts to better cater to the growing local and international demands from patients better.

The award was conferred to Tower C which houses 245 new inpatient beds, 58 new clinics, a Cancer & Radiosurgery Centre, Nuclear Medicine Centre, Digestive Health Centre, Bone & Joint Centre, Nephrology Centre, a satellite Child Health Centre, a Haematopoietic (stem cell) Laboratory and Dialysis Centre.

Tower C redefines the future of healthcare through its technology, service and facilities that ensure patients’ comfort and care are upheld at the highest standard, ensuring every treatment and acre carried out are done professionally.

This award represents another milestone towards becoming a leading private medical centre in the ASEAN region, a vision Sunway Medical Centre has continually endeavoured towards, and consistently setting a new benchmark for other private medical centres.
