VISITORS GUIDE
(Effective 1 May 2022)

No entry allowed for those with MySejahtera status showing:

  • COVID positive
  • Under Home Surveillance Order (HSO)

Important Note:

Patients who are suspected to be COVID positive, please proceed to the Accident & Emergency Department

VISITORS POLICY
MySejahtera step 1

General Wards

  • Visiting hours: 9am - 9pm daily only
  • Limited to maximum two (2) visitors at a time daily
  • Limited to 30 minutes per visitor
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • No prior COVID-19 test required
MySejahtera step 1

Critical Wards

  • Visiting hours: 12pm - 2pm & 6pm - 8pm only daily
  • Limited to two (2) specific visitors (immediate family members throughout the entire critical ward admission)
  • Limited to 15 minutes per visitor (Maximum one (1) visitor in the room)
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • No prior COVID-19 test required

Transit Wards

  • Strictly no visitors allowed

Overnight Visitors
(In-Patient Companion)

  • One (1) companion allowed for patients with special needs, paediatric patients and elderly patients who require a carer
  • Family members / Caretakers only
  • Companion must be fully vaccinated
  • COVID-19 test required - ONE (1) complimentary test is provided

*Children below 12 years old are NOT ALLOWED to enter the wards

*Fully vaccinated according to MySejahtera profile
