Dr Jennifer Leong Siew Mooi
Consultant Clinical Oncologist, Sunway Medical Centre
Dr Jennifer Leong Siew Mooi brings over a decade of experience in cancer care, having earned her Master’s in Clinical Oncology from the University of Malaya. She has served at the prestigious Institut Kanser Negara and now continues her impactful work at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City.
Her expertise covers a broad range of areas including immunotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and integrated oncology-palliative care, with a special focus on breast, lung, and gynaecological cancers. She is actively involved in clinical trials, cancer guideline development, and public education initiatives. Her passion lies not only in advancing treatment but also in improving the quality of life and support for patients and their families. A respected member of several international medical societies, Dr Jennifer is widely recognised for her compassionate approach, dedication to improving patient outcomes, and leadership within Malaysia’s oncology community.
Dr Vance Koi Yung Chean
Consultant Clinical Oncologist, Sunway Medical Centre
Dr Vance Koi Yung Chean, our Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, brings extensive experience in cancer care. He manages a wide range of cancers, with particular expertise in genitourinary, gastrointestinal, breast, and lung cancers. He is also an active member of several local and international professional societies.
Dr Vance is deeply passionate about leveraging the latest medical advancements to personalise cancer treatment. He is dedicated to guiding patients and their families with compassion and understanding throughout their journey.
Ms Elizabeth Choong Wee Nei
Principal Pharmacist, Sunway Medical Centre
Ms Elizabeth Choong Wee Nei is a board certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) with over 20 years of experience as a hospital pharmacist. In her early years as a medication safety pharmacist at Sunway Medical Centre,Sunway City, she led efforts to prevent and reduce medication errors by establishing protocols, oversea pharmacy staff training, and collaborating with other healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimise medication use.
She then went on to specialise in oncology pharmacy, with a particular interest in haematopoietic stem cell transplantion, where she supports clinical teams in improving cancer care and enhancing patients' quality of life.
