  • Scan once to fill the e-Health declaration + MySejahtera forms
  • Present your original IC/Passport

Temporary visitor guidelines

Time   Visiting Hours: 12pm – 2pm I 6pm – 8pm
Time   Visiting Limit: 15 minute
Time   Only ONE visitor at a time, with visitor pass
Time   Visitors must wear face masks at all times

We are temporarily restricting visitors who are

Visit   Children below 12 years old
Visit   Adults above 65 years old
Visit   With fever, respiratory symptoms or diarrhoea
